The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on bargainsdelivered.vpweb.co.uk. The use of our site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.

Accuracy of Product Information
All product specifications, images and other information published on our website have either been made accessible by suppliers, manufacturer's, publications, publicists, or been gathered from public domain sources. The intention of bargainsdelivered.vpweb.co.uk is that all information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. However, bargainsdelivered.vpweb.co.uk cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages. All the actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual.
Payment and Price
We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers' prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a refund to your credit card account in the value of monies paid (including delivery charges).
cash on delivery, credit and debit cards over the phone or online before delivery and cheques are accepted but goods will only be dispatched once payment has cleared. Cash on delivery is not available for bespoke order, made to measure or items we have had assembled.
Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
We operate a one-man delivery service. If you order a large assembled item you MUST ensure that there is somebody available to help unload the item from the van. We can offer a two-man delivery service at a cost of £25.. This service needs to be booked in advance and could effect same day delivery. Divan beds can also be assembled for a cost of £20 per divan, however , we cannot assemble any flat packed furniture . This service needs to be booked in advance and could effect same day delivery.
The delivery service is to the front door of your notified address, the goods may be taken into your property . It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery route is clear of all obstacles, ornaments and other furniture.
B+W Beds will not be held responsible for damage to your property or contents as we will only proceed on your authority.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that goods will fit into their chosen location.
We will endeavor to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.
As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk.
All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the Manufacturer's Guarantee for a period of 12 months. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All furniture and beds are intended for domestic use only. Please remember that our products are for use in and around the home by consumers and are not generally intended for commercial use or resale.If you plan on using our products for business purposes, please ensure you have appropriate insurance in place as we won't accept any liability for the products not being fit for business use or for any loss over and above the cost of the products.
With the exception of faulty merchandise,which must be reported within 3 days for health and safety reasons, pillows mattresses and divan bases cannot be returned if opened.
Returns due to incorrect or none measurements will not be accepted and goods need to be returned at your cost. If in any doubt that an item will fit contact us and we will assist with measurements. bespoke items. made to order or assembled items. please contact us to check measurements before ordering if in any doubt.
If you have ordered your goods by phone or on the internet and have not visited one of our stores we offer enhanced cancellation rights. you can return your product in its original unopened sealed packaging within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, however you must notify us in writing or by email that you wish to cancel.. If the products are damaged we will make appropriate charges not exceeding the cost of the goods. After 14 days orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. We are unable to offer this right for made to measure , items you ask us to assemble or special bespoke orders. the refund will be processed within 7 days of receiving the furniture back into our warehouse.
You can either organise to return the goods yourself or we will arrange collection. If we collect the goods we require the same access arrangements as the original delivery. The collection fee is £25.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if the manufacturer is unable to deliver to us in , what we consider to be , a reasonable time. If this happens , we will let you know as soon as possible and we will refund you in full via the method you used to pay us.
We hope that these enhanced rights reduce concerns when you order unseen goods. In return, we require you to take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and good condition of the goods you wish to return.
If you ordered in-store, you have the same rights EXCEPT , you must notify us within 7 days if you wish to cancel.
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DO NOT EFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
